Hard points available and help with suspension techniques. If you have never suspended anything before, you may only practice self-suspension. Respect and courtesy are expected towards each other at all times pertaining to sharing space, hard points, taking turns, and not hogging experienced peoples' time. You must buy a ticket to attend whether you participate or not.
